The HF Welding and Blanking Machines by CMA are designed for applications in the leather goods and footwear industries, where precision, high-quality finishing and process repeatability are essential.
High-frequency welding technology provides strong and uniform welds and enables the creation of embossing, logos, textures and decorative details. With HF Welding and Blanking Machines, welding and blanking can be performed in a single production cycle or, depending on the application requirements, in two separate cycles: welding first, followed by blanking.
The machines can process PVC, PU, TPU, microfibres, technical fabrics, synthetic materials and laminated materials compatible with the high-frequency process.

Ideal for the production of shoe uppers and upper components, insoles, tongues, straps, toe caps, reinforcements, inserts, components for sandals and sneakers, logos and decorative details, as well as numerous components and accessories for leather goods.
