HF WELDING MOULDS

High Frequency (HF) welding moulds are a fundamental part of the production process: together with the welding machine, they define the geometry of the application and contribute to the precision, quality and repeatability of the finished product.

CMA supplies high-precision moulds and electrodes for HF welding, developed according to the product to be manufactured, the material to be processed and the customer’s specific production requirements. In series production, proper mould design makes it possible to reproduce shapes, profiles, details and geometries consistently, ensuring uniformity and repeatability throughout production cycles.

Particularly important are HF welding and cutting moulds, designed for applications requiring both welding and cutting of the material. The mould configuration is defined according to the machine, material, component geometry and required result, in order to develop a solution suited to the specific HF application.

The mould is therefore not simply an accessory, but a key component of the entire HF production process.
